Custom Products: All items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Artwork: You confirm that any artwork, logos, or images you provide are your own or that you have the legal rights to use them. Chromatic Print Lab is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided artwork.
Production Times: Standard production time is 3–5 business days. Larger or custom bulk orders may require additional time. Production and shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Chromatic Print Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Payment: All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Liability: Chromatic Print Lab is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, sizing, or shipping addresses.
