Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (custom bulk orders may take longer).
• Shipping Time (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: Available upon request. Shipping times vary by destination.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Chromatic Print Lab is not responsible for:

 

• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues, but please note that once your package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s hands.
