At Chromatic Print Lab, each order is custom-made just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item at no extra cost.
Chromatic Print Lab is not responsible for:
- Orders with incorrect sizes, artwork, or details provided by the customer.
- Shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
We stand behind the quality of our work and will always ensure any mistakes on our end are corrected quickly.
